      Hi edge,
You may find that the problem is outside of PokerStrategy.com's control.
Even so, I'll bring this to the attention of the other mods who may know more than I.

I have a laptop, and when connected at home, the sound sux, but when I use the same machine from my work connection, the sound is fine.
At home I have the fastest internet connection my ISP can provide, too.

Your problem sounds vastly more severe than mine, though.

What is your internet connection speed?
Do you have many programs running in the background?
Do you have a firewall running?
      Any anti-virus software?

It may even be your ISP that is the problem. Mine insists that they don't do anything, but considering that it works fine in one environment, but not the other, I have my doubts.

      backup all your data.

download malwarebytes anti-malware, update & run a full scan. If more than about 10 items show up this could have been contributing to the prob.

      no firewall
      karpaskey

did u update coaching replayer recently (around end of last month)? if yes, i think it's source of the problem.

i've cross- checked, no other programs got sound problem, no other flash objects got sound problem. only coaching replayer on all installed browers (except portable chrome version 17.0.963.83 ) got glitchy sound.

If I get a chance, I'll try mine again, and let you know the results.

At least one other moderator reports no problems.

BTW, I am using XP Pro, and firefox.

What O/S & browser are you using?

Its a common problem of Xp users caused by latest flash. Unistall ur adobe flash player and download old version 11.0.1.152. It should help :)

Where can I find that older version (11.0.1.152) of Flash Player?

Adobe provide older versions, but these seem to be developer packs. I don't want to spend a day installing it. Alse, attempting to install something older than the newest using other Adobe links simply tells me to use the newer version without override possiblilties.

      Link please.

Actually, the develloper packs are quite neatly packaged. They come in WinRar archives. Simply just open it (requires WinRar) and locate the appropriate msi file and open that. Then buisiness as usual. (Make sure MS Installer service is running.)

      B t w, they are found here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html

Unfortunately, downgrading the Flash Player doesn't fix the original problem. I suspect that it is join.me that is a piece of sh-t. This is usually the case when problems with software is blamed on third party software.

This is a weird continuous problem.
I have a good computer at home, and a crappy one at work.
I can get coaching sessions with good sound at work, but not at home.
      Both have latest flash player.

I suspect -- but they deny -- that my ISP may be playing with settings.
      Firewall on/off makes no difference.
Browser (Firefox, chrome and IE) makes no difference.

Here are some links I found that may help.
I have not yet tried them all.

Hopefully some of the information here will be useful to someone.
Note that most refer to "no sound", but might work for "crappy sound" also.
So far, no luck for me.

I found that this version http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_10.3.183.18_archive.zip of flash has worked for all who had sound problems. But do not browse with a browser if you have installed old flash on the internet! only watch coachings! Old flash in browser is a huge security flow. So i sugest that you install flashplayer10_3r183_18_winax.msi in internet explorer and only use it for watching coachigs or install flashplayer10_3r183_18_win.msi for your other browsers and use IE for other browsing or 3rd optinion is to use google chrome witch has own built in flash player (always up to date). btw for those who still use windows XP/2003 chrome is the best browser for you because it runs flash sandboxed.

Now if only they held some coaching sessions when I'm home.

I'll give that a try next chance I get.
