      Yeah so I'm pretty embarrassed about this one :facepalm: , but I'm going to post it anyway.

      I know that dealing with DB's is covered in the Bronze section " after the flop with the initiative"

      :diamond: You are facing one opponent and his bet is relatively large

      "In this situation you should raise with strong draws and made hands (top pair with a good kicker or better), and fold the rest."

      In the below example I should easily play raise/broke here, either on the flop or turn, given villains stack size.

      However, what if villain has a full stack here? I am always worried about isolating myself against sets or 2pr's on dry boards.

      Should I just raise/fold vs a 3b (unless I have solid reads to suggest that he overplays most TP type hands) since I would expect players to only play DB/3b with TPTK and sets?

      Board: J:club: 6:spade: 4:diamond:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      MP2    41.60%  41.60%   0.00% { AA }
      SB     58.40%  58.40%   0.00% { JdJh, JdJs, JhJs, 6d6h, 6d6c, 6h6c, 4h4s, 4h4c, 4s4c, AdJd, AhJh, AsJs, AdJh, AdJs, AhJd, AhJs, AsJd, AsJh, AcJd, AcJh, AcJs }

      I guess I would probably mostly go broke on turns that didn't come K/Q/J/T

      I really didn't like the way I played it because I played for pot control throughout the hand and neglected playing for value / protection at any point.

      Hello muel294,

      Against his stack I'd just raise the flop and get it in. :) The same goes for the river that it's obvious that you are ahead while he would just shove with strong made hand.

      Vs full stack we could consider taking way ahead/behind if we assume that we could be against sets.

      Best Regards.
