      Hero (BTN): $6.63 (331.5 bb)
      SB: $1.95 (97.5 bb)
      BB: $4.96 (248 bb)
      UTG+1: $2.56 (128 bb)
      UTG+2: $7.78 (389 bb)
      MP1: $5.52 (276 bb)
      MP2: $5 (250 bb)
      MP3: $2.26 (113 bb)
      CO: $2 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K K
      UTG+1 calls $0.02, 2 folds, MP2 raises to $0.10, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 3 folds, MP2 calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.65) 8 5 5 (2 players)
      MP2 checks, Hero bets $0.40, MP2 calls $0.40

      Turn: ($1.45) 4 (2 players)
      MP2 checks, Hero bets $1.15, MP2 calls $1.15

      River: ($3.75) J (2 players)
MP2 checks, Hero bets $4.78 and is all-in, MP2 folds

I didn't like the J  because I thought maybe it gave him a fullhouse of a flush but he usually donks for those things, so I leveled maybe he has QQ & made the bet. Not sure if it is the right play.

      Results:
      $3.75 pot ($0.25 rake)
      Final Board: 8 5 5 4 J
      Hero mucked K K and won $3.50 ($1.65 net)
MP2 mucked and lost (-$1.85 net)

imo small bet > checkbehind > jam

not a lot of things you get value from, and as it went it could very easily be the case that you are being slowrolled by 88. however with a small bet you can still get a cry call from pocket pairs if they "put you on AK" :f_biggrin:
you just can't play for the stacks unless he's very bad.

      Hello RazDirk,

You are 250BB deep here, so I doubt that you are getting called on the river from a lot worse. I'd even Check behind there. At the best maybe like $1 bet and Bet/Fold it even.

      Best Regards.
