Is there a better way to play this? Villain's stats look like a competent TAG. I don't want to get it in while we are 220bb deep because I doubt he stacks off with worse, which is why I don't reraise. But also I can't fold such a strong hand against his 9% 3b. So I choose to call and play postflop even though it sucks to be out of position. I could hit a set (I have odds to setmine this deep) or just have an overpair.
On the flop, not much to do? It's quite possible that I folded the best hand (especially because his bet sizing says "please fold" not "please call"), but I can't continue for 3 streets out of position.
