      BB: $9.60 (96 bb) Unknown
      CO: $2.59 (25.9 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $10 (100 bb)
      SB: $10.20 (102 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q 9
CO folds, Hero raises to $0.30, SB folds, BB calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.65) 2 6 5 (2 players)
BB bets $0.20, Hero raises to $0.50, BB calls $0.30

His bet is really weak so I decide to raise. I don't know why I raised so little, think I should make it about $0.80. After his call I don't think I'm gonna bluff again on the turn.

      Turn: ($1.65) Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $1.20, BB calls $1.20

On the flop he could have had draws or perhaps a small overpair like 99. Q should scare him off. Anyway I have a pair with a bad kicker though, don't expect him to have hit the Q though so maybe the kicker wouldn't even matter. I now think i need to protect my hand against draws so I decide to go for $1.20.

      River: ($4.05) 9 (2 players)
BB bets $1.10, Hero calls $1.10

No point raising him now, missed draws bluffing now will fold and don't really see much calling. So I have no other choice than to call his block bet.
