I checkraised because he would burrel with JJ,QQ,KK and Jx hand or BDFD.
On 3bet pot, should I have to care about draw?

Moreover, I'm still BSS beginner so how about my flop betsize?
On 3betpot, I CB half regardless board structure, wet or dry.
Is it profitable to change bet size for board structure because of implied odds?

      Hello Gonchan,

Guess I'd still make it like $5 on the flop and rather Bet the turn myself than let him Check behind with weaker hands. Check/Raise will just scare away a lot weaker PPs which may still Call if you bet and even Call the river.

      Best Regards.
