Don't call 3bets with AJo 100bb deep oop, very bad reverse implied odds. He won't be 3betting AT or KJ, you won't be able to outplay him with that hand.
As played check/fold the flop, you really dont beat nothing except a suited connector JT that was 3bet for image purposes, which I don't believe he has.

50 hands don't mean enough, especially when stats are like 40/40 meaning he raises every hand he plays. He probably joined the table and got a rush of cards. Without having seen some showdowns you cannot assume he's a loose maniac that needs to be stopped (read article about maniacs, wait for good hands).

I would just make 16$ pf and fold to shove.
I think you played that fine, since he would 3-bet you often he doesn´t need to have real hand and you don´t want to turn your hand into bluffcatcher at this moment, so min-raise/fold is fine.

I also don't like the call preflop, as well as the c/r. Did you turn your J into a bluff or would you go broke with it?

I would fold to a raise on this board definetely. If he would call I would play check fold on the turn also I think.
