Villain is a 68/38/2.5/33 VP/PFR/AF/WTSD in 70 hands and was playing/raising every single hand against me. Fold to cb is 44% (16)

Should I still cbet this flop?

On the turn I have the 4th nuts and decide to bet for value. I would problably fold to a raise even with those stats (or should I go all in when he raises me on the turn?)

On the river I try to bet for value again (about 1/2 pot) but he just folds the hand. Maybe he had an A :club: or something...
