Villain is 24/16/2.9/29 in 279 hands. Fold to cb is 60% (15).

Should I cbet this 2nd pair or is it better to check-call 2 streets? I think that when I cbet I get called by Qx and FDs mostly (and maybe some pocket pairs). Is it worth it to just check and let weaker hands to bluff?

When I cbet and get called in these spots I usually get a bit lost on the turn...

      thx!

      Hi,

If you get lost on the Turn, you need to study Combinatorics and Ranges again in any way possible. So Theory, practice with Equilab etc.

I think his range consists of PP, Qx, Flushdraws when you cBet so I cBet to be balanced on the Flop. The Turn you can check/call then if you think you kept his range wide

Then you can balance the Turn (if needed and only needed) by checking Qx if he bets a lot when you check to him

Ok. Any suggested article/video about it?

When I check the turn and he bets is it better to check-raise to extract from flushdraws?

      thx! :f_grin:

what happens when you check/raise the Turn with the range I gave you?

      What will fold or shove?

There are a lot of articles/videos about it so you can't really go wrong with any article/video you can find about it
