Account Suspended

      So, why don't you contact their support, first? It's Neteller who blocked your account, not the PS staff.

      If you can't sort out things with Neteller support, I'm sure the PS staff would be happy to jump in.

      I did contact them, several times, by phone and e-mail, they just say that they cant tell me the reason and they only know it is under review (who knows why) and there is not a time frame.

      Here ios the e-mail they just send

      Dear Angel,

      NETELLER monitoring system has brought your account up for review and for security reason, your NETELLER account is temporary suspended. We will contact you once we are done. Every review is different and once we are done, we will notify you. Unfortunately we cannot inform you as to why your account was brought up for review.

      Also the account is like these for the last 2 weeks, also receive the card but no pin. And I do not have any response.

      You're going to have to continue to be patient here I think. They will come back to you once the check has been done :)
