      UTG+2: $33.52

SB posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has 6:heart: 6:club:

fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.30, fold, Hero calls $0.30, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold

      Flop: ($0.75, 2 players) J:club: 6:spade: 8:heart:
      UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $0.49, UTG+1 calls $0.49

once c/r flop as pfa (mental note :P )

      Turn: ($1.73, 2 players) 6:diamond:
      UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $1.11, UTG+1 raises to $2.50, Hero calls $1.39
ZOMG he has it! maybe... i thought his turn c/r frequency was a little higher than usual
just ship the turn anyway to protect from overquads? :f_biggrin:

also on bet sizing - was ~2/3 pot both streets but maybe should go for 3/4?
2/3 is "automatically balanced" with air, which shouldn't really matter :P but also i'm not sure his range is strong enough to call 3/4

      River: ($6.73, 2 players) 9:heart:
      UTG+1 bets $4.50, Hero raises to $11.83 and is all-in, UTG+1 calls $7.33
i take a little time (not timebank)

Hero shows 6:heart: 6:club: (Four of a Kind, Sixes) (Pre 19%, Flop 4%, Turn 98%)
UTG+1 shows 8:club: 8:spade: (Full House, Eights full of Sixes) (Pre 81%, Flop 96%, Turn 2%)
      Hero wins $29.02

I just ship turn when he check-raises me. If he wants to get it in when I have the nuts, I think it's rude not to oblige.

well yeah, i'm also not a huge fan of slowplaying nuts but even with this line i just thought this guy could be (semi)bluffing a non-zero % of the time. i'd guess the assumption is false though

      Hello Tomaloc,

Bet the flop bigger! But otherwise if you assume he is bluffing or having weaker hands in his range then seems to be fine. Nice hand!

      Best Regards.

      great :f_biggrin:

now let's switch to villain's pov, having 88.
can this be considered as "just a cooler" or is there some way for him to get away from this (maybe not with his weird line)? 99+ can't get away but maybe 88 is borderline?

our ranges are clearly like 95%+ value hands on the river, and what could hero be shoving considering he's a reasonable player :f_biggrin:
i think i'm not even shoving 86s otr for 150bb. in the case we have 86s we're kinda hoping for A6/QQ+ only so bottom of my shoving range is probably JJ... too nitty? or "standard" while a bit deeper?

While it's ZOOM I doubt that we beat much on the river with villain hand. :)
