      i figure i can still get all-in by the river with stupid betsizings, also i don't want/have to bet huge because the board is so dry and i have the deck totally crippled.
      so i want a light calldown by pocket pairs. i doubt he'll take any stabs either, my perceived range is QQ+, AK probably...

      he calls flop -> pot on turn is 6.59 (assuming he just calls)
      i bet 2.34 on turn -> pot on river is 11.27 with 5.50 effective behind


      the main point of this hand actually is, i have the deck crippled and i've already squeezed huge preflop and no matter what i do it'll just look like the nuts.
      so how to go about shipping the monies? why should i prefer a normal bet/cbh flop?
