Tournament's Starting Hand Chart

I have a question about the article "Adjusting your strategy when the blinds increase."in the "S'n'G / Tournaments" section. (I've been re-reading everything lately) But anyway, there's a PDF file with the starting hands chart for the tournaments.

I downloaded the complete PDF file here:

On page 3 of that file, I noticed that there was a "No raise in front of you" row, an "Exactly one raise in front of you" row, and a "More than one raise in front of you" row.

But for hands JJ on down, I noticed that there isn't an "Exactly one raise in front of you" row. Do you just limp in with those hands then? Or do you fold?

(Oh, and by the way Mr. SoyCD, the position chart/picture in the PDF file has a little error in it; the SB and the BB are flip-flopped)
