When i get called by 3 players on the flop i think (And more possible the BU reg) has a very strong hand so i desided to check back the turn that i think i should have bet the river or the turn ?

I wouldn´´t worry about BB, most of the times should CO and BU raise with two pair or better hands, so likely I would bet once more with tptk- don´t think that c/c would be that much better option.
AT would not beat you on the river, but likely that is the only hand, so betting half pot for value should be fine

      best regards,
