With that good draw there isn´t really mistake getting all-in on the flop. You can always be against QJ, 87 or worse flushdraws and with two overcards and nut flushdraw you´re flipping against overpairs.
If you think his hand range is stronger and mostly is two pair or sets then calling and trying to hit your flush is also fine.
I would called him down, since consider his turn bet I think he has there draw or JJ-KK (so you can also raise turn for value) and getting these odds I think you´re ahead enough to call him down
