Villain plays pretty tight but solid. 18/17 on 100 hands.

Don't know much about his postflop playing nor about his foldto3bet. Decided to 3bet him.

On the flop I don't let him call worse hand so decided to bluffcatch one street.

He checks and I dunno what to do on the turn, because of the third club I saw some value in betting. Now he raises and reps very thin imo but can I call?

I think 3-bet pf should be standard and checking to induce bluffs should also be fine. I would likely check/call both turn and river- if you check flop and bet turn you are never have there strong hand and you´re always guessing if he is raising for value (most of the times) or with bluffs. Better to c/c yourself to turn his low pp-s into bluffs.
Also if you bet turn 3$ and get called you still have to act first on 11$ situation where are only 5 cards good for you (2 Q and 3 T)

as played: I think b/f seems reasonable. Don´t think on that board you get bluffed out too often to justify b/c

      best regards,
