      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      SB:
      $24,22
      Hero:
      $55,75

      0,25/0,5 No-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy.com Elephant 0.106 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is CO with A:spade: , 8:spade:
Hero raises to $1,50, BU folds, SB calls $1,25, BB folds.

      Overall 3B = 5%

      Flop: ($3,50) 8:club: , 7:heart: , 3:spade: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2, SB raises to $6,00, Hero calls $4,00.

Didn't had 300 hands when played, but this is the 3rd c/r otf in the last few orbits.
So i called to see how he plays the turn

      Turn: ($15,50) 6:diamond: (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks.

Here my question is if betting or checking is better.
I decided to check since it looks like he is on a bluff and maybe try it again on the river.

      River: ($15,50) J:spade: (2 players)
SB bets $5, Hero calls $5,00.

      Final Pot: $25,50

Why do you give his 3b%? Callopen% would be more usefull.

He's rly passive so far. I give up on the flop for that reason.
With the info you give I think it's fine though.

Tough to decide whether check or bet is best on the turn. Think he would continue with his made hands and I'd just try to take the pot down here and not let him hit his airballs.

River is a fold even for those odds imo... He can't blockbet worse

      Hello chocular77,

Flop: Depends a lot on the dynamics but if we assume that then sure we can continue here while he could also do that with pure air. We are also blocking 8.

      As played
Turn: Nah, I wouldn't Bet here cause the 6 completes some of his draws, just Check it behind cause I doubt that he is going to bluff the river if he bets.
River: Fold it, Jx hands are even in his range there as JT or whatsoever and some draws got there as mentioned earlier, can't see him block-betting with worse.

      Best Regards.

      Callopen = 100 - foldbb2steal - 3b
He is passiv but as said he seems to c/r often and i got curious and decided to look what he is doing.
Guess your right with the river fold.
