You line seems a little strange, but I can't blame you for checking turn i guess. You float flop, and what do you expect to do in turn? If you wouldn't hit set and he would bet turn again, you had to fold, but if he check behind you most likely would bet the river right?

But you hit set so you should donk bet for value, otherwise the pot seems small, and there's no value if he check behind on turn, and call you in river. So i think better way is to bet both streets turn and the river.

      Hello Tomaloc,

Flop: Why would you want to float this flop? The guy could easily just Check the turn as well with weak Ax hands and then what you doing on the river? Betting and then his plan just worked, perfect situation for me which I usually do. So therefore Check/Calling doesn't make sense here, especially being OOP.

      As played
Turn: As said earlier we could very often see him even Checking behind those Ax hands, rather donk out here to avoid him doing that.

      As played
River: I'd most likely go for Check/Raise here cause I assume if he has the Ace he is going to Bet or even maybe Bet with bluff.

      Best Regards.

this was one of the worse hands which is also why i posted it. :D

also my plans were really bad :f_biggrin:
unimproved i was most going for c/c river aka "play like a station".
as it went i donked river for 1/4 pot and he folded :f_biggrin:
