I will deposit 40$ in tomorrow or monday, this will be my last chance, to win or I have to go another country to work, I am 18 :) I am not saying, I will leave poker if I lose those 40$ but I just have to go working, but I don't really want to, because I am a good player, I was winning a lot when players at my city play poker ;( But there aren't players here anymore, cuz there is no casino for it, I have to play online, sometimes I was doing good, but I was always ending up losing all my money, what should I do now to win? and what BRM would you guys tell me to use? Help would be really appricated, thanks in advance.

So basically, you want to play poker for a living without any savings and $40 starting capital? Do you have any monthly expenses? Working isn't all that bad you know, it's way easier to play good poker if you have another stream of income... But let's give you some advice.

      1. follow strict BRM
      2. follow strict BRM
      3. follow strict BRM
      4. set good goals and figure out where you want to get with poker. be very specific. figure out how much do you need to earn a month to be satisfied.
      5. read articles, watch videos, attend coachings
      6. play poker, apply what you've learned
      7. analyse hands after the sessions. see if there are any leaks in your game. post to hand evaluation sections and figure out how to fix those leaks
      8. play poker, try to not make the same mistakes as you did in the previous sessions
      9. repeat steps 5-8

It's really easy if you simplify it :) . There are a couple other things that might help... Proper nutrition, exercise, etc. - check my productivity thread (link is in my signature). Prevent tilt by learning about the mental side of the poker by reading Jared Tandler's QA thread (it's in the same forum) or by buying his book if that's a possibility. Join a study group, get a poker buddy, do sweat sessions, discuss different strategies. After you reach $1k+ bankroll, purchasing some poker coachings might make sense as well.

Easy game, but do you have the dedication and are willing to put in enough effort to win it? That's up to you :) .

you know that nl10 online > nl100 live, right? :P
and by the way that you write it it seems that you're going to deposit and sit on some tables with your entire bankroll... :f_biggrin: but you're asking about brm so probably not

having a normal job is much less stressing. :f_biggrin:
