I tried to isolate shortstack push against a not very good reg. I jam the turn because I think his flop calling range is 77-TT, and FD's or combo draws

He never turns up with bigger pocket pair and I don't think he won't jam flop with his sets, straights after my isolation 3b

      Hello sinsas,

Depends a lot on the BTN here how we see him here, he could easily have a lot of PPs which even made a set so he could as well be trapping. :) If you assume he has a lot of crap hands also in his range then sure why not to play this way.

      Best Regards.

Well I assume he has a lot of PP's here but can't have QQ+ so he either hit a set or has 77-TT, maybe 44, and FD's/combo draws.

I also assume that he 95-99% ships his made premium hand's after my 3b on the flop.

So I give him overpairs that I beat and combo draws, maaaaybe 44 and that's why I jam

I wasn't talking about the turn. :P If you are 3betting the flop then of course we getting it in there.
