Poker 770 is constantly hanging!!

      Hi guys.
      Since yesterday I have not been able to load Poker770 software. Whenever, I double click it, it gets hanged.

      What happens is that the log in option appears, but it doesnt let me click the log in button! If I want to forcefully click it then the software hangs and windows wants to forcefully shut down the software. The details of the problem that windows detected for me was:

      A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

      And even if by miracle it lets me click the log in button, then the room never loads and here again it somehow gets stuck with the same problem.

      Please let me first tell you,

      1. I have been able to play just fine till yesterday.
      2. I have uninstalled/installed with Revo Uninstaller, turned off my PC firewall, shut down my antivirus, deleted all the damn cookies from my computer, and then tried to load P770, but with no luck.
      3. I have no problem with my Internet connectivity.
      4. I have been successfully able to play both on Pokerstars and on Partypoker also sometime simultaneously.
      5. What is amazing is that, I also tried to log in to P770 from my laptop, same problem occured.
      Is there a haunted problem which is occuring that I do not know about?
      I informed P770 support, they said they "forwarded" it to the technical staff, (I wonder if by technical staff they mean the trash can) but I haven't gotten a reply yet. And it has been more than two friggin days.

      Anyone any clue for this problem?

      Unfortunately - I am not technically gifted when it comes to PC problems so hopefully another member may be able to help us both out here.

      I see that you've already contacted Poker770 about this - hopefully their technical team can fix this for you also!

      How to fix this problem:

      1) Uninstall Poker770
      2) Go to your C Drive, then you will find a folder called "Program Files"
      3) Once in the file look for a folder that says "Poker." In that folder you will find Poker770 along with all it's contents.
      4) Delete this folder. Make sure everything in the folder is deleted.
      5) Go to trash Can, empty.
      6) Restart your computer
      7) Reinstall Poker770.

      Sorry for the late reply, I am from Bangladesh, and when I posted in this forum it was 4 in the morning, I was beat and tired and went to sleep just after posting here.

      But I would love to see more suggestions or deep analysis of this problem.

      And still nothing from the technical team of Poker770 :( (

      This problem most likely occured because one of the files got corrupted. Usually happens because your anti-virus assumes "Casino.exe" is a risk so it deletes that, which stops the whole application from loading.

      Also, since the casino aspects uses flash, it would be best to have the latest version of Java and Adobe Flash installed on your computer.

      I can understand that you are unhappy about this situation, but i assure you that the Technical Department is currently carrying out the necessary investigations on this issue.

      Also, i have requested a follow-up, so the moment they complete the checking, you will be notified accordingly.
