      Really didn't know what to do, and got scared.
      I called the Flop just 'cos it was a min-raise, but I was clueless afterwards, so I decided to just give up. (I thought of sets)

      If you're gonna play like this anytime you get AA and face such plays, you'll be losing money with AA on avg.

      villain is calling pretty wide range, especially IP.

      You gotta have some reads in order to fold to such hands, and if you put villain on set - FOLD to his minraise !

      As veriz says and I quote : "You're donating money"

      Good bet sizing, flop; just 3Bet/call/shove it.

      Hello AtrociousNightmare,

      Rather Bet/Fold the flop cause you are also against a rather passive guy, I don't see him raising with just Jx hands here and not even draws.
