villain was kind of fishy, and had 0 Agression factor on river. I tanked to the last second and mucked.
My reasoning is, I can't see a worse nine in his range, I am only splitting w/ 89, 9T hand with which I don't expect him to bet that big, I lose to everything else

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
      LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

      CO: $50
      BTN: $49.90
      Hero (SB): $82.20
      BB: $98.05
      UTG: $36.10

      CO posts $0.25
      Pre-Flop: 7:club: 9:club: dealt to Hero (SB)
UTG calls $0.25, CO checks, BTN calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.15, BB checks

      Flop: ($1.25) 9:spade: 9:heart: K:diamond: (5 Players)
Hero bets $1.25, BB folds, UTG calls $1.25, CO folds, BTN calls $1.25

      Turn: ($5) 3:club: (3 Players)
Hero bets $3.75, UTG calls $3.75, BTN calls $3.75

      River: ($16.25) J:club: (3 Players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $16.25, 2 folds

      Results: $16.25 Pot ($0.80 Rake)
UTG mucked and WON $15.45 (+$10.20 NET)

btw didn't raise pre because UTG was fishy and didn't want to play that hand OOP in a raised pot, wanted to wait for a flop

against a fishy player I would call it
they normally tend to make small valubets
here it might be KJ or KX

      And i would c/r flop

You had to use a block/value bet here. This is a very difficult situation because you were the raiser all the time and check on the river, he could figure that you dont have the 9 here. He could have a 9 he could have king.

if I c/r flop 3way I'm telling everyone ("hey I have a 9!" ) I fold any king except AK which can't be there as its not a raised pot, so not a good idea imo.

the fact that he coldcalled twice with still some players to act made me think he has to have a huge hand

@mintogo, I was planning to check/raise the friver in fact, but when he bets that big, I elected to fold.

If you planned for c/r, then you can easily go for c/c.
      I would bet/fold 10$ on the river.
