      I don't really like the call tbh.
      You're going to play in between 2 players most of the time. It's hard to play the hand post flop then. I would rather fold it or 3bet it if you want to be very aggressive. I prefer folding, you don't have to get tricky in the micros.

      PF call is fine. KQs plays fine postflop and since SB raised oop I think his range are more tight than on the co or bu (against these openers I might easily 3-bet myself)

      If you have seen SB isolating before you can always consider 3-betting (I would make it 0.33$) to isolate SB and take pot down often unimproved
