      Reraise flop to 50cents or so.

      Bet/fold turn I think because lots of draws get there.

      River I might block bet 1/3 or 1/4 pot planning to fold if he reraises.

      RAISE THE FLOP! It's a must, we need to protect our hand, don't like your play at all and neither doesn't make sense to min-raise. You are giving very good odds for opponents and making huge leaks here.
