You had top set vs a tournament?

bet $2 flop & pot turn.
      River fold is good.

close to pot on flop because its a very drawy board and he's bound to have a piece of it, so may as well charge him as much as possible.

pot on turn because we want max value out of our hand and betting $3.5 still prices him in if you factor in implied odds.

no it doesnt. I folded to the 8outer that destroyed my hand, so 0 implied there for him. So plz explain again. I understand the flopbet, because that way, we can bet ~5 on the turn and push the river, but I don't understand why I should bet 6.5$ on a blank turn, while he has 0 implied, I want him to call, and I can push de river for less then potsize if I bet 5 too.

you wanna bet more on turn in order to bet more on the river . if he calls 3.5 in this spot he will call 4.5 too ... and you can fire biger on the river

how can you is playing against tournaments ? ?(

I would even overbet shove the turn I think.

as played, call river, this is such a great card to bluff on he must be bluffing(including with AQ,KK,QQ,TT and busted fd ofc) somewhere between 40% of the time which is enough for your call to be +EV I think.

I would bet at least 4$ on the turn to get more money in.
      River fold is fine.
