      Seems to be fine, we can easily represent sets there while BTN will have tons of overpairs which are willing to fold on the flop or either turn. Nice hand and good card for us to 2nd barrel.

      Would't we flat sets on this board like 80% of time?

      With sets I might even play differently here, dependent on the opponent. Bet/Bet/Bet most likely vs such a guy. :) Check/Calling would put us into that spot where we are OOP on the turn and the guy may easily pick pot control line which we want to avoid, therefore Check/Raise.
