I only have 30 hands on villain who is 28/21 and has post flop AF of 3

Is shoving flop best here, especially as we're both pretty deep?

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BTN: $59.35 (237.4 bb)
      SB: $37.13 (148.5 bb)
      Hero (BB): $37.24 (149 bb)
      UTG: $29.98 (119.9 bb)
      MP: $46.05 (184.2 bb)
      CO: $36.41 (145.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.75, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2.40, MP calls $1.65

      Flop: ($4.90) 2 8 T (2 players)
Hero bets $3, MP raises to $11.25, Hero raises to $34.84 and is all-in, MP calls $23.59

      Turn: ($74.58) Q (2 players, 1 is all-in)
      River: ($74.58) Q (2 players, 1 is all-in)

      Results:[spoiler] $74.58 pot ($2.00 rake)
      Final Board: 2 8 T Q Q

      Hello trickybob,

You are quite deep here, so I don't really like shoving here. His range can be very capped towards sets mainly only. Vs that we don't have that good equity. I am just Bet/Folding it.

      Best Regards.
