Party, $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

      CO: $25 (100 bb)
      Hero (BTN): $25.25 (101 bb)
      MP: $37.65 (150.6 bb)
      SB: $29.60 (118.4 bb)
      BB: $24.18 (96.7 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with J J
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, SB folds, BB raises to $1.25, Hero raises to $4.50, BB raises to $7.75, Hero calls $3.25

      Flop: ($15.60) 2 6 T (2 players)
      BB bets $7.41, Hero folds

First I thought that people usually m3bet a very wide range so by 4betting I get a lot more value for my jacks.

don't know how to respond vs a min 5bet, got scared and played it for set value.

Would you play it the same?

      Hello DeMarcohsp,

You can't really set-mine there for the given reason you don't know him even nor his range. Therefore we have to decide preflop either to get it in or just fold it.

      Best Regards.

How can we decide that after we 4bet? We have to decide before it ?

i know what you mean about people min3betting wide. :D the problem is:

if they're doing it wide, they usually just fold to the 4b.
if they have KK+, then you're screwed :f_biggrin:

i much prefer to call and play postflop.

If they really fold to the 4bet you are right, but I kind of doubt that someone so bad which is m3beting is going to just fold instead of putting few more $$ in the pot :s_confused:
