      Hi,

      you don´t have to raise pf Q8s (although that hand is ahead of CO completing range- just being oop with marginal hand is not the best option if you get floated very often and have to give up turns).

      I think both options are fine on the turn: either b/c or c/rai. If he likes to float and bet often turn if checked I would likely go c/rai (that way I don´t also need to see club river)
