      I would make this $0.12 pre-flop to isolate.

      Any reads on your opponent? If villain is loose fish you can second barrel, but I'd make it $0.15. If it's a TAG I'd probably check/fold or check/call a small bet.

      River bet sizing is fine.

      Since you now have showdown value you can consider trying to go pot control/induce bluff by c/c turn and maybe c/c river (or c/rai or leading yourself)
      If players calling ranges are wide I would likely most of the times bet turn myself, since then I can represent more hands and possible make him folding Jx for example Q and K rivers
