Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):
      $11.15
      MP3:
      $10.51
      CO:
      $1.21
      BU:
      $17.98
      SB:
      $5.10

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, 9.
3 folds, SB raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.45, SB calls $0.30.

      Flop: ($0.9) 8, Q, 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.60, SB raises to $1.84, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $1.5.

Would it be better to just check/fold the flop here?

      Hi,

since players would often not raise with Qx hands, you can also consider shoving, but since players often also not play their draws aggressively, you may easily see there 88/22. So I think b/f is the best option unless he has shown that he can c/r you with air, draws or any pair

      best regards,
