Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      BU (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BU with Q, T.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, SB folds, BB raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.15.

      Flop: ($0.62) 6, T, 2 (2 players)
BB bets $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, BB folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.92.

Better to raise or call the flop on this dry board?

I think b/f should be the best option pre-flop, but if his 3-bet range is relatively wide than b/c should also be fine.
I would likely call on the flop. Being deep you don´t really want to play for stacks and it is hard him to call with worse hands. But if you want to end up hand right there then raising is always fine

      best regards,
