It's indeed a nice hand, we all love to flop royals :)

However, I don't really like the way you played your hand, starting from flop.

Even without knowing the players, you're facing an early position raise and a caller, playing AJs off position from SB isn't the best situation since you will often be dominated but, if you do wanna play it don't mini raise. You have a caller already so you should reraise 4x the initial raise trying to take them out of the hand. If the caller has a low pair he's calling your reraise with implied odds to flop a set.

The flop play is fine I think, you could also have gone and cbet the flop since you would also do it with any missed hand and opp should't give you much credit for it. Turn you have two options, check/raise leading flop or check/call and donk river. I think the best one could be check/call and lead river since the turn card was a blank and he had to give you credit for straight or flush. But as you played it, you have to donk bet the river in my opinion since he'll only bet a full house or baby flush, he'll even check behind a straight probably. By donk betting he will still reraise with full house and call with baby flush and you could get a call from straight/set/2pair.

And finnaly, why aren't you playing fullstack hein? coachs will kill you :P

Anyways, congratulations for flopping it. Too bad the other player didnt had QQ and was a Jackpot table with 200K prize uh?

Nice hand, but you should get as much money on the flop than you can, so bet flop, turn, river.
