I don't raise the flop because I don't think this tight player has 56 or 9J from MP, plus his cbet size is small, if he has a made hand, he would bet bigger on such board.

Turn looks again that he does not have a draw or ace. So most likely I will not get value. Ok, from time to time maybe there is JT, and maybe he would call it.

I'd raise flop, it's quite coordinated, I'd be very unhappy with a 9/6/J turn (mainly because it could kill action completely), and we have to build the pot as well.
Also based on this small sample we dont know how often he would barrel later streets with air.

but we can at least expect him to bet later with air. Or if he has air, lets say Ax, then he might catch his ace and pay us on later streets. While there he will of course fold his air on flop.

      Hello SPeedFANat1c,

As long we see weakness in his bet size I might prefer also just calling there and keeping his range wide. But then again we can't raise it on the turn while it will make quite obvious to read our hand. Instead then we should be raising the flop.

      Best Regards.

if raising on turn scares him, I think we can call it again. At least we get one barrel, or maybe even one barrel on the river, instead of direct fold on flop.

Then you should also Call the turn and reevaluate the river. There ain't going to be many worse hands what Call you on the turn vs your raise. Think a bit mate of his range as well...
