For limpers I usually give them this range.
      88-22,ATs-A2s,KQs,QJs,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,65s,54s,AJo-A4o, KQo,QJo,JTo,T9o,98o,87o,76o

Apart from oddballs, do you think that is a reasonable guess?

Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 9 Players

      BTN: $0.93 (46.5 bb)
      Hero (SB): $4.13 (206.5 bb)
      BB: $2 (100 bb)
      UTG+1: $2 (100 bb)
      UTG+2: $8.59 (429.5 bb)
      MP1: $1 (50 bb)
      MP2: $2.12 (106 bb)
      MP3: $2.01 (100.5 bb)
      CO: $2.59 (129.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J K
      UTG+1 calls $0.02, 6 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, BB folds, UTG+1 calls $0.06
single limper will often fold, and if not I have just about 50% equity against the given range.

      Flop: ($0.18) 7 4 K (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.12, UTG+1 calls $0.12

      Turn: ($0.42) T (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.30, UTG+1 calls $0.30

      River: ($1.02) A (2 players)
      Hero checks, UTG+1 checks

Should I have bet the river?
I can't image any worse hands calling, nor better hands folding.

When I check the river, do I call a bet from Villain?
If so, how big a bet can I call? Even with the A falling on the river, and even with reducing his range to include only spades in the suited connectors
I still have 38% equity in the hand.
Assuming I'm right and he has Ax or a spade draw, I should call a bet here.
      :

      Results:
      $1.02 pot ($0.04 rake)
      Final Board: 7 4 K T A
      Hero showed J K and won $0.98 ($0.48 net)
      UTG+1 mucked 6 J and lost (-$0.50 net)

      Hi,

For limpers I usually give them this range.
      88-22,ATs-A2s,KQs,QJs,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,65s,54s,AJo-A4o, KQo,QJo,JTo,T9o,98o,87o,76o

Apart from oddballs, do you think that is a reasonable guess?
      - that depends a lot on the players. you may see players limp with K7s or 56o, but also only with pp-s. Mostly players should raise with KQs.

I think keeping their range a little wider is mostly better than giving them too tight range

I would also prefer c/c river- not sure how often he would bluff there, but since they may easily check back Ax hands, their valuebetting range are mostly two pair or better. And since Kx has quite a lot showdown value I´m happy to look them up.

      best regards,
