      So on this spot, should I fold?

      I think with this equity:

             Equity     Win     Tie
      MP2    52.61%  51.04%   1.57% { JJ+, AKs, AKo }
      MP3    47.39%  45.82%   1.57% { QQ }



      You cannot raise/fold anymore so I raise/shove as well. But if he shows up more with QQ+,AK then you have to start raise/folding:

      MP2    59.78%  57.91%   1.86% { QQ+, AKs, AKo }
      MP3    40.22%  38.36%   1.86% { QQ }
