Poor customer service TITAN Poker

      I enjoy the TITAN site, but have found it almost .... no make that completely impossible to get a reply to what I think is a simple question. See my attempts below. Anyone else having similar problems? You might want to think twice about signing up on TITAN if their customer service is so hopeless.

      PS. I still haven't even received any indication they are even considering the matter.

      It appears that the people in the 'VIP' section are ignoring me. I got
      excellent service before I became a 'VIP', so perhaps you can help me??
