A general rule of thumb is that when the villain (or you) have a stack that is close to the current stack size you should just go all-in if you want to bet.

for example, If I want to bet turn when potsize is big as that I would often just put a villain with $2.1 or less all-in straight away.

Interesting hand. I guess at this level there is no valuebet on turn. I wonder if you can turn this hand into a bluffcatcher versus an aggressive villain or not. Guessing a villain with 1 A.F wouldn't be floating enough or betting worse valuehands enough for that to be possible.

In the end I think I C/F turn, pretty looking hand but not actually that strong :( (9high FD, 2 nut outs, 2 set outs). On the other hand I may put in a very small value bet river to get value from worse pairs if he checks behind. Wouldn't be expecting him to check back too many better hands on that board texture.

      Hello AtrociousNightmare,

Just ship the turn, he could have tons of worse hands there and even just draws. :)

      Best Regards.
