      Value push is too thin here. T on the turn is also a reasonable card for his flop calling-range. K on the river makes it harder to extract value.

      This guy does look like a fish though with 50% VPIP from the CO. Options are a small value-bet (like 1/4 pot) or a check-call. A lot of busted draws have pairs by the river so perhaps his bluffing frequency goes down.

      Interesting to note that there is a spike in his Afq and AF on the river - not sure if this is a sample size thing but it would make me lean further towards a check/call.

      Hello pcfmcc02,

      Vs such a loose guy could easily even make bigger bets but otherwise on the river both options are fine. If you think he is capable of bluffing then Check/Call is fine. But neither vs his given stack left ain't wrong to ship it while he also has worse hands which are capable of calling.
