SB posts SB $0.01, Hero posts BB $0.02

      Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero has 5:spade: 8:heart:

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, SB calls $0.01, Hero checks

      Flop: ($0.04, 2 players) 8:club: 7:spade: 5:heart:
SB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.10, SB raises to $0.18, Hero calls $0.08

      Turn: ($0.40, 2 players) 9:diamond:
SB checks, Hero bets $0.28, SB calls $0.28

      River: ($0.96, 2 players) 5:diamond:
SB checks, Hero bets $0.50, SB calls $0.50

I don't really think I could fold the flop given the odds I was getting. On the turn the check just felt very weak after he 3bet me on the turn, so I decided to go for a bet/fold. On the river I make pretty much the nuts, so betting is pretty simple :f_biggrin:

Should I just check behind on the turn? Or is bet/fold fine? If betting is fine, is the bet sizing good? Same on river, should I have bet more?

I'm going for stacks on flop, you don't want see 4 or 9 on turn.

as played: I don't like river bet size, every 6 will pay muuuuuuch more. 75% of pot or even more

      Hello TinoLaan,

Flop: Playing for the stacks will definitely be an overplay here. Therefore at the best we could consider taking the way ahead/behind situation and just Calling as you did.

      As played
Turn: There ain't many worse hands which pay you here, rather just Check it behind.

      As played
River: Dependent how loose I see the guy we might even consider sometimes shoving here. But I would definitely go for bigger Bet.

      Best Regards.
