pre: I flat coz he opened from UTG, now I think 3bet might be better since he seems to open over 20% on UTG

      flop: ok?

turn: I think this 8 doesnt help him much and if we were ok with raising flop I am not folding this hand? should I raise his min XR? it seems kinda bluffy so I thought its better to let him bomb river?

      Hello tolari,

Preflop: Interesting thought. :D We flat cause he opens from UTG. :P And how yo planning to play your hand profitable? :P Nothing about the real deal stuff, nor what kind of opponents you have behind you if squeeze happy or not. So I don't really like it. :(

      As played
Postflop: 3bet the turn and get it in. Don't see any reason to Call there. It wont change much for you on the river but it may change for him whilst he wont pay you with a lot worse.

      Best Regards.

Again I don't really get it, to me it seems like an easy fold after he minraises on the turn... Why:
      - He calls the flopraise OOP (probably an ace...)
      - He's minraising as if he wants value...

He can still have better two pairs or sets. And he will not bluff here

So far the guy had a pretty aggressive image, that's also why I assume hero decided to continue. Although whatever he has there will more often have decent equity against our hand like TP+draw, or pair+draw which means if we want to continue on the turn then should rather get it in.

But does this really look like bluff to you? It's not like people are going to float OOP to check/minraise the turn as a bluff... I'm pretty sure we're beat here.
      :(

Why not? Then you haven't seen enough of those bad players who could even overvalue just their TP there. The guy doesn't seem to be a genius either with his stats while losing a lot money.
