      I'd still 4bet it 2,5x but otherwise seems to be fine as long we assume he is 3betting light.

      Why 2.5x? He still ain't getting a good price now..

      Do you really think he bluffs the river? I don't believe he changes TT/QQ into a bluff.

      He gets 10:1 odds, so if he assumes we are 4betting with strong range then he makes a correct Call.

      Well, the only reasonable hand I see he has us beat is Jx. Anything else would have Bet the turn, so which narrows his range a lot whilst he could still see weakness in your Check behind and put us on QQ/KK or whatsoever. Those hands of course wont be folding to just 1/2 pot size -> so decides to Bet it bigger.
