Created an account on Skrill, made a deposit through bank transfer. Given that me and Skrill use the same bank, the transfer should have been instantaneous, (which I'm sure it was).

Still, six days later, the money hasn't reached my Skrill account, even though they say when the money hits their bank account, it's charged into my Skrill account immediately.

Never had any problems with Skrill and imo they are very reliable.

      Just email their support.

Skrill is the nuts, period. :f_cool:

Dont think that attitude will get your anywhere tbh.

Obv its frustating, but there may be soem sort of mix up, which may be easy to resolve if your talk to their support. Never had a problem like this myself and i dont think many other people have either otherwise everyone would know about it. Hope this helped :)

      Hey GitGud,

Although you are frustrated by the actions of Skrill your last paragraph was not acceptable and has been removed.

Have you tried to contact their support via Phone or Email and see whats going on? They should be able to clear up any issues or at least give you a heads up on any problem that has occurred.

You can contact them via pokerstrategy@moneybookers.com (Higher priority over their standard support email)
Or you can contact via phone:

      Customer Call Centre:
      Monday - Sunday 9:00 - 18:00 GMT +44 207 023 9210

I contacted them the day after I made the deposit. They said I'd have to wait until today before contacting them with this issue, because of bank delays, etc. (You know, the usual BS).

Given that, as I said before, we use the same bank, that's not even applicable.
I waited anyway and now they're asking for bank related data which I sent them and now I'm waiting.

I bet that problem won't be solved with this e-mail. Seriously, I wanna bet. Anyone?

They're incompetent and should be punished because of that.

And thanks for the special PS e-mail.

Never had a problem and my bank is across the ocean. Yeah it's a little frustrating waiting a couple days for the transfer, but besides my bank's transaction fee(which has nothing to do with Skrill), I've got no beef.

Plus, it's the only way I can deposit on euro-sites. :D

      Go Skrill!!

Nice try - please do not do this again.

I did not had any problems with Skrill except that they or one of their unfair workers sold my email and real name (i hope only that info) to the spamers... And from then i am getting spam mails containing my real name...

24+ hours later, still not a word from them.

I'm going to contact them at pokerstrategy@moneybookers.com

No one is this incompetent. They're trying to steal from me.

I highly doubt that a trustworthy site like Moneybookers is trying to steal from you. Just try to be patient and I am sure everything will work out for you in the end :)

      Have a great weekend!

      Pffft, Rage quit ?

Skrill is the nutz, had no problems depositing/withdrawing. Even all verifications of bank accounts, address were smooooooth.

You migh've screwed something up when doing a deposit, Ex. you did not put in your skrill ID in transaction reference graph.

Anyway there is 0% that they are trying to steal from you :D

      I didn't screw up.

You people act like I should take shit from them just because they made a name for themselves. Need I remind you of FTP?

And even if I did screw up, they should have contacted me already saying what's wrong. I made the deposit on the 3rd and it was just past midnight GMT, so it was way before the business day started. They take two days to reply to e-mails. How's this the nuts?

Call them at the office. I did when I needed to verify my bank account.

Sorry to heard that, but I myself also haven't had problems. Of course when I was withdrawint, it took some time to the bank account. But I use moneybookers master card, so I can withdraw whenever I need money now.

Also sending PIN number was trouble - i didn't get the mail first time, then I asked them to send 2nd time and they did. Could be that mail service is bad and lost the letter, because I have heard that mail from foreign countries is doing bad, and even in the local country its not doing too great.

      They finally answered me.

They claim I didn't give my ID on the transfer details.
I was sure I did, so I phoned my bank and apparently they are right.
I can't argue with that even though I'm so sure I did give my ID.
Anyway, seems like it was me who screwed up.

They're going to credited my account manually now.

Still, they take way too long to reply to e-mails.

      JOIN SKRILL!!

      Thanks for the help.
