After his donk call on flop, I didn't know where I stand.
I thought FD or monster. So I charged on turn.
and on river, both combo complete so I cryfold.

On this spot, is it possible for FD to call twice? and if it's rare(I doubt he did this line with marginal hand), should I check back?

      Hey Gonchan,

I would be raising big on the Flop because this raise does not yield any fold equity.

Now the 5 is a good card for you because it makes it less likely for him to hold 2 pair. Also he just bet/calls the Flop so that indicates he cannot have 87, 73.

That said the best hand he can have is a bottomstraight but other hands like draws are also still in his range. I think you have to shove the Turn if you raise potsized on the Flop

      Best regards,
