      You need about 40.4% equity to call here.
      If you give him a super tight range of QQ+, AKs, AKo which obviously don't make much sense, unless he is a rock :) you still get:


             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    40.21%  38.35%   1.86% { QQ }
      UTG+1  59.79%  57.93%   1.86% { QQ+, AKs, AKo }


      And as my example is hardly real you will properly have alot more equity, so at some point you will win more than break even :f_grin:

      There is no way we can fold it. :) We have pretty easy Call vs his stack. Nice hand!
