      BB: $3.81 - VPIP: 67, PFR: 0, 3B: 0, AF: 0,3, Hands: 9
      UTG: $7.49 - VPIP: 23, PFR: 6, 3B: 0, AF: 1,0, Hands: 66
      CO: $13.10 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 12, 3B: 3, AF: 2,9, Hands: 263
      Hero (BTN): $10.69 - VPIP: 23, PFR: 19, 3B: 5, AF: 4,4, Hands: 45491
      SB: $10.00 - VPIP: 24, PFR: 16, 3B: 22, AF: 0,0, Hands: 25

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BTN with 9 :club: A :spade:
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 1 fold, BB calls $0.20

      Flop: ($0.65) 7 :diamond: 9  Q :diamond: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.41, BB calls $0.41

      Turn: ($1.47) 3  (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.80, BB folds

Against his stack I am not too sure a 2nd barrel is best. Maybe checking behind for pot control and then reevaluating the river could have been better.

      Hello Avatars91,

Whilst if we assume he is rather passive the might be safer cause the guy could easily just shove there with draws. But overall it ain't wrong either to 2nd barrel it and do it for free showdown & protection.

      Best Regards.

      1) If I knew that the BB is passive then would a 2nd barrel not be the superior option? Because he would probably also be calling too loose and pushing with better hands only.

      2) Am I committing myself with the 2nd barrel if I assume that he might push with draws as well?

Yes, you are committing yourself there if you are kinda planning to do it for value. Even a passive guy understands that he has most of his stack all-in there so he could shove with a lot hands.
