      Not sure about the steal. bb is a nit which is why I raised at the time. but more I think about it feel like I should be opening Qx/Jx (basically top pair type) hands instead. Am I right in thinking that?

      With 0 ftcb I bet for protection knowing I'm getting called by his entire range. Rather than check back and and see an A, K or Xc on turn.

      Hello holmeboy,

      Preflop: If you are not sure about the steal then what should be the line? :) Open those hands which you also feel playing perfectly and understanding what you doing with them. Experimenting is of course good but also understand first what's the purpose of the hand.
