      What I want help with is how can I make myself fold because as soon as the J hits I know he has A10
      Calling in these spots are what is really cutting into my profits

      Hello Maloco87,

      Fold the turn instead of Check/Calling and especially if you ain't able to lay down your hand on the river. :( Quite obvious that you are beat there and he will rarely end up with worse.

      Also if you plan to raise the flop for value then should do it bigger.
