I just felt he had JJ or QQ because of the way he played his hand, also the speed he checked and called. But from your experience do guys show up with K or A?

      hey musematte

interesting hand. does look like Ax or Kx here. either Ax that wants to check raise or Kx that is scared of the A and goes for pot control. fair enough SOMETIMES he will show up with a hand like TT/JJ (QQ is out of the question really cos there's only 1 combo) but i think the number of times this happens will be outweighed by the times he has you beaten.

      Hello Musematte,

Rather fold the river instead of calling. A lot of Kx/Ax hands have you anyways beat and often times TT/JJ doesn't even bet the river cause he just turns his hand into bluff and not even block-bet it.

      Best Regards.
